How are you? Still hanging in there?
I wanted to check in again because we know this isn't an easy time for anyone. Parents and grandparents have become teachers, we can't see our friends and some of our family or loved ones, or go to work and this is all unfamiliar to us.
I truly wish this were not our current situation, and while the seriousness of the situation does not escape me, I want to provide you with hope, positivity and humor where fitting. Wake up, get dressed (real clothes, not pajamas), put on some good music and tackle another day! If you're lucky enough to be able to get outside, take advantage of it. And of course, stay safe and do your part by following CDC guidelines.
We're here if you need to talk so please don't hesitate to reach out! I pray for your health and safety, always, and that we can see each other again very soon!
